Wisp spawn four times randomly in every game and it has eight of total around the map.

First location, Spawn Area. Its in front of Quick Revive.
Second Location, Double Tap Area. Its on the wheel of the car.
Third Location, Lower Courtyard. Second Level near buildable table.
Fourth Location, Samantha’s Room. Its on the globe.
Fifth Location, Power Room. Its on the telephone near the door going to Death Ray Trap.
Sixth Location, Upper Courtyard. Second level on the clock (Armory Area).
Seventh Location, Control Room. Its on the clock top of the fire place.
Last Location, Control Room. Its on one of the antenna near the staircase.
